Ginger Turmeric Immunity Shot

Prefer your breakfast in liquid form? Put together this quick health-promoting immunity shot, featuring ginger and turmeric. Not only are the flavors delicious, but both roots are known to have strong anti-inflammatory properties.



  • 2 medium tangerine
  • 1 oz Fresh Ginger Root
  • 4 medium raw carrots
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper
  • 4 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 oz Fresh Turmeric Root


1 Wash all ingredients and make sure they are dry. You do not have to peel anything except for the tangerines. It is ideal if the fruit and vegetables come straight out of the fridge, so the juice is cold.
2 Send everything through the juicer one by one. Start with the softest vegetables first (like tangerines and lemons), then end with the carrots.
3 Stir black pepper and apple cider vinegar into the extracted juice. Chill juice in the refrigerator. The juice will keep in an air-tight container in the refrigerator for one day.
